Dan Cudgma, CEO

Prior to starting MotiveMetrics, Dan was the CEO of Gryphon Networks, a marketing technology firm. Dan has been an integral part of highly successful management teams running sales at EMC, Storagenetworks, Brocade, and Decru. Dan is a graduate of the University of Connecticut.

Frank Slaughter, Chief Technology Officer

Prior to starting MotiveMetrics, Frank was the co-founder and CTO of Tower3 Distributed Computing. Frank has generated close to $1B in company exits as a co-founder of Shiva Corporation and as an investor, board member, and advisor to Arris Networks, Aptus Networks, Altiga, and eDial. Frank is a graduate of MIT.
 

Greg Loeffelholz, GM Managed Service

Greg brings over twenty years of digital marketing and product experience building innovative businesses, technology platforms and high-performing teams. He has led multiple marketing technology start-ups to successful acquisitions. Greg is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and completing his MBA at Boston College.

Kyle Thomas Ph.D., Chief Scientist

Kyle Co-Founded MotiveMetrics and helped innovate patents at the core of +AI for the use of Natural Language Processing to identify unique consumer audiences and build psychographic profiles. Kyle is a graduate of UC Santa Cruz and Harvard University, where he earned his Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology.
